Dear customer,
There currently is an issue which causes the iOS7 iBooks app to crash when loading Mark D. Segal's eBook.
This can also happen when other apps use the iBooks engine (e.g web browsers and other
PDF readers).
However, we have tested a solution for this problem that works, is easy to implement and cost-free.
The procedure is as follows:
Make sure that the
book is on your computer desktop (if you require an additional download entitlement from LaserSoft Imaging to enable this, please request it via email to SilverFast Technical Support).
Then do the following:
* Please install the Adobe Reader app from the App Store.
* Open iTunes.
* Plug the iPad into the computer.
* Within iTunes, navigate to Apps> File Sharing.
* Click on Adobe Reader for iOS and drag and drop to the right-hand side of the iTunes display.
* Open Adobe Reader on the iPad, and the
book file should appear.
