CMS Profiles Question

In the Color Management -> Profiles -> Input dropdown menu in CMS are two selections that appear to be duplicated. They are "SFprofT (OpticFilm 7600i)" and "SFprofK (OpticFilm 7600i)." Is there a reason for them to be listed twice?

Also, is it safe to delete those profiles that I know won't ever be used? To be safe, I had copied the entire folder to an external drive when I upgraded to OS X Mavericks.

Dear John

you can safely remove unnecessary profiles from your ColorSync folder.
But the standard profiles will be recreated when you install an update.
