Silverfast 8 Ai Studio and Silferfast 8 HDR connected to an Epson V700 scanner.
I'm planning to scan my 35 mm slides into 64 bit HDR format and process them in SF HDR. All slides will be scanned in horizontal format, as recommended to standardise the frame sets. This means that many images must be rotated or flipped for proper orientation.
Question: Is it possible in Silverfast HDR to modify the image orientation (and nothing else!) and yet save the file in HDR format?
Regards
AHF

Re: Modify image orientation: when and how
What's exactly the difference with setting the orientation with the Rot/Flip knob?
Thanks,

Dear Jan,
The rotation/flip button only rotates the preview for better viewing.
Kind regards,
