Will SF8 support Quato Intelli Scan 1600 ?

Is there a plan to support the Quato Intelli Scan 1600 ??
Dear Mr Seiring,
We aim to also support all SilverFast 6 scanners in SilverFast 8.
However I do not know when (or if) this will be possible for the Quato 1600.
