Hello

I have updated our Mac G4 from Jaguar to Tiger. Both, the Howtek and the Quatographic Silverfast apps refused to work after that. Upgraded both to 6.4.3r6b. The Howtek is back to work, but the Quato keeps saying "no scanner found" (connected via Firewire)

could you use the contact sheet for support in your case, please ?

I would recommend to send you SF_Logfile for the Quato scanner with your request so it will be easier to locate your problem.
