Disable all auto features

I've tried to completely eliminate auto tonal/contrast features. But I see that as my crop border changes, the tone of scan will change. It's a bit like swimming upstream, to me. I'd like to handle all controls manually.
Staff suggests, in a previous post, going into NegaFix and turning off Auto and CCR. This surely helps, but is there any way to disable all auto controls (this is for B&W). Thanks.

Dear WGS,

Make sure that AACO is not active.
Check that the ColorCastRemoval in the Histogram Dialog is not activated.
Switch off all filters.
The auto option in NegaFix should also be deactivated that is correct.
