LaserSoft Imaging

My V700 died quietly yesterday and need to replace it. Given that money is in short supply, I am considering the V600 as it is considerably less expensive. Would my current software (v. 6.6.r2) work with this model or must I purchase a cross-platform upgrade? Thanks in advance.

Your serial number contains specific information related to your scanner model, it means you will need to purchase a cross upgrade to operate SilverFast with a different scanner.
