LaserSoft Imaging

My SF version is Ai Studio 6.6.1r6, and scanner is V750 Pro. Recently I found the embed ICC profile name is SFproT (perfection V700), which is not my expectation (V750).

Is that correct? Or I need to reinstall the software?

It is perfectly right, the Epson Perfection V700 and the Epson Perfection V750 are exactly the same device (with different bundle packages), but both identify as V700 internally.
