LaserSoft Imaging

Just got the AI studio demo installed and cannot for the life me get my slides to scan in a proper way. It just seems to scan and show my slide holder with the slide in it. Both in transparency and reflective option. I changed all my setting to v500 but on the preview screen it says I'm using a Epson gt-x770. Any help would be great thanks.

Well, you have to make a prescan first then move the corners of the red frame to include only the part of the slide and not the film holder. You can find all necessary information on our user manual.
