16b rgb output

16b rgb output
I'm using SE v6.6 with epson v700 scanner, and the 16b rgb output in the Frame tab is greyed out. I can only create 8b rgb scans. Anyone else having this problem? Does SE version not support 16b files?

this sounds strange, please submit this to our web form, this way our testing will check this behaviour !

If you ever do an update and notice problems start off by resetting your Prefs. If you don't know how to do this take a look at the Solution section of this web page -> http://www.silverfast.com/problemreport/en.html?filter=assistant&sub=techsupport&faq_id=59
