V750 profiles missing in SF + OSX 10.5.2.

Postby Bond » Sat Feb 16, 2008 12:46 am

Hi,

I just finished upgrading to Leopard (10.5.2) and have successfully got SF running (6.5.5r4).

Upon accessing the Option under the General tab, when I tried to select an appropriate Profile for Scanner (Reflective) I noticed that all the names seem strangely truncated and I'm certain I'm missing some profiles I had when running SF in Tiger.

Does anyone have any idea how I might obtain the additional profiles as shown in the tutorial for example?

Thanks in advance.

Here is a sample from the tutorial window and the approx. number of profile choices I had.

Of particular note is the one highlighted.

Thanks.

hmm... well, it seems there is significantly more wrong with SF than just the profiles. After every couple scans it fails to preview properly then tells me the scanner isn't ready.

I quit and restart SF only to have it say no scanner can be found. Strangely, the Epson software find it no problem.

Any help on this would be appreciated. Perhaps an update to SF for 10.5.2 is on it's way?

Dear Bond,

the profile's names are shown in a truncated manner.
We will fix this in a coming version.

Best regards
Martin
