Auto-exposure (Lights - Shadows - Midtones) in SE

Postby pmitterboeck » Fri Oct 19, 2007 11:09 am

When performing a click on the auto-exposure-button (histogram and curves are modified) in Silverfast SE for Epson V700 I get the same results as in Epson Scan by default. I am not able to preset any default values for this automatism for shadows and lights as I was used in Silverfast AI for as Plustek Scanner. I don't want to have so much highlights cut off. I'd like to set the white point to 98% and the output value of this white point to 250. Isn't this possible in SE for Epson?

Regards,
Peter

Dear Peter,
this is not possible in the SE Version, it is controlled in the Options for the Automatic in the Ai Versions.

Greetings,
