silverfast 6.4.3r4a problem

Postby Avoll » Tue Jul 31, 2007 9:14 pm

windows XP
Epson v750-m pro
Photoshop CS

I use the twain driver to open silverfast in photoshop. When the load screen comes up it it begins to load then a error message comes up with says "could not import command because of a problem with the acquisition module interface. If anybody has had the same problem or knows how to fix it I would really appreciate it if you help me figure this out!

stand alone silverfast does not work either [/b]

Is there a reason you are using the TWAIN driver Vs the Photoshop plug-in?

photoshop plug-in

I tried using the photoshop plug-in and the load window comes up for silverfast but when it gets to "initializing" a window will come up that says "Adobe Photoshop CS has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." and then you are forced to quit photoshop.

Dear Avoll,

it seems that SilverFast cannot find your scanner because this is not properly connected to your host computer.

Best regards
Martin
