Hi,

The download seems to have worked OK however running the update stops about 1/3 of the way. It just sits there.

I have an Epson Photo 3200.

I noted that you were releasing a fix. If the is correct please let me know how I can download the fix and where do I put as when I start the launcher, it start installing the bad version.

1. I downloaded the latest SF 6.5.0.r6 for Epson Perfection 3200 Photo dated 12 May 2007.

2. Installation froze after installing esint54.dll.

3. I notced the there has been a lter version - same release but a later date. Where do I get it?

in the meanwhile we were able to fix this bug. After a few outstanding tests we will post a new SilverFast installer on the web site. The SilverFast version will stay the same (6.5.0r6) - just the date of the installer will change (May 15th or 16th, 2007). Please check our website for the update later to day.

Berthold - please advise where I can get the latest version of the r6 release. I can get only the 12 May version. I sympathise with others who are having issues but I do not know if I too will have issues until I can install the latest version. Many thanks.

I tried with r6 dated 20/5/2007. Still freezes at the same spot.
