Silverfast only worked once, now cannot find the scanner using PS6.0. Epson twain works fine. Reloading Silverfast didn't help. Running on Windows XP. Any suggestions?
When you reloaded SilverFast, you may have left some of the prefs files behind.
Please try unintalling SilverFast via the Windows uninstaller. Next go to the Photoshop->plugins->import/export folder and trash any SilverFast stuff (may be a directory).
Now reload SF and try again.
