Hi,
Was wondering if there are plans to include support for the Epson Filmscan 200. I use it for scanner APS rolls.
Thanks in advance

Currently that scanner is not supported. I don't think this scanner will be supported in the future, we haven't had enough requests to support it. This doesn't make the cost of development worthwhile.
I don't know enough about the scanner. If it does produce raw data, you can use the raw data in conjunction with SilverFast
HDR to process your images.

I also am trying to find software for the Epson FilmScan 200. The TWAIN driver will not load properly in Windows XP. It goes through most of the steps and then stops at the test screen when it does not find the scanner on the SCSI port. In Win 98/ME there is no problem. Installation is a breeze. In XP it simply doesn't work. Does anyone know of a solution?

I got my Epson Filmscan to work under XP by installing an Epson GT 5000 driver from the XP disk. Then installed the Epson Filmscan 200 software. Now it works fine. The only critisim I have is that the twain inteface goes out of purportion when you use the XP theme. If you switch back to a standard 98 or ME theme then it looks fine.

Hello,
is there someone who manage to get this trick working?
I might be idiot, but I didn't succeed in doing that.
First thing, I couldn't manage to install the gt-5000 driver on xp, because... I couldn't find this driver anywhere on xp.
Second thing is that it is not really clear for me what to do once you get this gt-5000 driver installed. You just install the filmscan driver over everything and it works???
Thanks for any help
