LaserSoft Imaging

hey,
When i scan a negative or positive, 75% of the time the scanner just stops scanning after a moment and the program SE is blocked, i can't do anything...
This does not happen with epson scan...

If you haven't already done so, make sure you are using the most current version of SE. You should also check Epson's web site to make sure you have the latest verions of Epson Scan and drivers (they are bundled).

If you still have problems I recommend completing a request for help on the LaserSoft support page.
