CANT UPGRADE FROM 6.2

TRYED ENTERING S#xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx (please don't post your serial number here) TO REGISTER AND
IM BEEING TOLD THAT ITS INVALID
I GOT THE SOFTWARE WITH MY SCANNER AND IT WORKED FINE WHEN I NEEDED THE # TO DO THE INSTALL
NOW IM HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THE SOFTWARE AND IM AFRAID TO REINSTALL WITH THE WRONG S# THING...
"KATTIE" IN SALES TOLD ME TO REGISTER AND UPGRADE TO 6.4
BUT I CAN EVEN DO THAT

Dear John

please note that SilverFast serials with 20 digits don't have any Os in them - the characters in question represent zeroes.
