LaserSoft Imaging

I have had a support issue open with:
LaserSoft Imaging Support [martin@silverfast.net]
open since 10th November. The last time I had a response was on 11th I have sent information since but have received no response.

Is it normal for such an elapsed time it is 24th Today.

We are currently getting ready to release another major update. Unfortunately there have been some delays, but we expect this to be ready by early next week.
