Epson 3200 photo pro

I am having problems with scanning a slide. It was working fine previously and now the scan shows dark where the slide mount is and all white where the slide is. I tried reinstalling silverfast and still have the sme results. I could use some as I am in the middle of a photo project. Thanks

please download and install the latest update for your version of SilverFast from our website.
You might experience that this already does solve your problem.
