Epson 1660 & multiple sampling

Hi. Can anybody tell me, please, whether Epson Perfection 1660 Photo supports multiple sampling? Is there an option in SilverFast concerning multiple sampling?

The
Epson Hardware doesn?t support multi sampling !
SilverFast
Ai has the option to use the software multi sampling methode.
Its one of our features.

1670 Photo (not 1660) will support Multiple Sampling?

Epson 1670 supports multi sampling to reduce color noise.
It has been released for Windows and Macintosh.
