LaserSoft Imaging

I have filled in my SilverFast serial number several times but the program continues to ask for it. How can I stop this happening? I am using Silverfast 5SE with Windows 98 and an Epson 2450 flatbed scanner. Silverfast was included on my Epson disk. I have looked at the solutions in your FAQs but they do not apply. Thanks for your help.

so that they can check if your serial number is correct (and if necessary send you a new one).
