LaserSoft Imaging

I have just got a used V600 for myself that came with a older v6.6 SE version of SF. I used V600 with SF v6.6.5 AI Studio in my work place and found SF is a great scanning software with reasonable scan options. But unlike what I found on SF official website, I cannot see the iSRD button in v6.6.5 AI Studio, even in transparency-negative mode. Only the software SRD can be chosen. Was iSRD supporting with this combination? (v6.6.5 AI Studio + V600 + Normal Scan (not batch) + Transparency Negative)? Or the SRD is actually using infra red to remove dust automatically?

Also, will SE Plus version of v6.6 support iSRD? Thanks a lot!

PS. Digital ICE in Epson software is working.

Dear user,

In the older SilverFast 6.6 there was only one button for both SRD and iSRD. When clicking it it should cycle through the different modes.
This should be possible in transparency for all versions.
If not try resetting SilverFast to factory defaults.
