Problem when update to Silverfast 8.8

I updated to Silverfast SE Plus 8.8.0r3 with my EPSON V700. It can't switch to Negative mode and Available only Positive Mode. How can i fix this issue?

My OS is OS X 10.11.4 with iMac 2.7 GHz Intel Core i5

Dear customer,

You are in reflective mode.
Negative scanning is only available after switching to transparency.
