Update Question

I just did a sotware update for Silverfast 8 Plus and now when I open the software i get the following message:

"SilverFast has been updated. There are still files that require an update to be compatible.
SilverFast will temporarily disable the outdated modules.
Please update your SilverFast software for the:
* Epson family"

I updated my Epson software but I still get this message when I open Silverfast. Can anyone tell me what this means and what I need to do?

Dear customer,

The update was not able to replace some of the files on your hard drive.
This sometimes occurs on OS X systems.
Try the following.
Uninstall SilverFast using the "Uninstall SilverFast 8.app" in the folder
/Applications/SilverFast Application/SilverFast 8/
Afterwards directly reinstall the latest update from our website. Our updates are always full installation files.
