LaserSoft Imaging

Im using the demo mode to see about buying. And I have had some issues fixed the first by making it run in 32bit. But now when I try to scan some 35mm negatives it looks like its using the bottom to scan and not the top part of the scanner so I end up with a bright scan of the plastic film holder and black negatives. I don't know if I'm missing a step or what I'm doing incorrectly.

Dear customer,

You are probably in reflective mode.
You can switch using the button in the upper left.
Click it and switch to transparency.
