SF 6 and SS4000+ firewire

I know I'm the dummy for not checking first, but I rushed this morning and got the 6 upgrade, only to have SF tell me that it can't find the scanner. It seems that SF polaroid is only for the scsi version?
Is this true and when might the firewire version for the SS4000+ be available.
Other than this, love SF big time....

The SS120 works with my FireWire connection in OSX. What OS are you using?

I'm using OS 9.2.2, Photoshop 6 with the scanner on the firewire.

I just tested it here-
Polaroid SS4000+ and 120 on FireWire, Mac OS 9.2 and SilverFast 6. I got a "no scanner found"-message, even though Polacolor could see the scanner. I sent a bug report to our developers, and I'm sure we'll have a fix for this soon.
Ian, do you have an identical confuguration, and SF 6 works fine ?

My version of SF is r07 26/8/02. I'm using the SS120 on OSX 10.1.5 and Firewire works perefectly. I rebooted into 9.22 and checked in both PS7.01 and 6.01 the scanner is not seen. You have aproblem with OS9.22
Don't go breaking OSX

Still no function with mac OS 9.2.2 and SFE-6.0.1r18 (Polaroid) update..

We've just made a bugfix for SS120 FireWire under OS9 and will make the version update available soon.

Hi All:
The newest 6.0.1r23 still does not work!
Mac OS 9.2.2/SS4000+ connected by firewire.
When? Getting real frustrated, its been months!

Sorry for the delay! The bugfixed Polaroid version is 6.0.1r25 and will be available for download soon.
It is tested with the SS120, but not with the SS4000+. Please inform me if you still have problems with your scanner.
