How to get it always started with 6x7 on SS120?

When I start Silverfast (6.2) as TWAIN, for the Polaroid Sprintscan 120, with the 120 film carrier, it always starts with negative format 6x4.
But I use it only for films from a Mamiya 67, i.e. with 6x7 negatives. So I have to move up to the 6x7 format by clicking the twice on the format selector.
How can I get the software to start up with the 6x7 format every time?
