LaserSoft Imaging

Hello Support,

The filmstrip offset button is present in version 6.2.0r8, but it does not function for the Sprintscan 120. You can attempt to use it, but it does not change the offset. Is this functionality supported, or does something need to be fixed within the software?

I was informed that the issue shall be resolved with the 6.2.1r1 that is already available for download.
Please try it and let me know you personal resultats (best via problem report and SF_Logfile, see above)

Please note that depending of the direction of your filmstrip you may need to use the ctrl-key when employing the offset tool to adjust the offset settings.

I have sent a problem report, and my sf_logfile to http://www.silverfast.com/problemreport/en.html as version 6.2.1r1 does not resolve my problem.
