LaserSoft Imaging

Hi,

I just upgraded to SF6 and would like to use it as a standalone application. I downloaded therefore the SF_app.exe file but it does not run.

In which folder do I have to set SF_app.exe so it finds my SF application and starts it?

I use to start SF with the Photoshop>Import menue.

I have the TWAIN version of SF4000 for the Polaroid SS400scanner.

You can install SF_App.exe in any folder you like. When you start the application, you get a dialog box with a popup. This popup contains all the plugins that where found and it also contains an entry with which you can select the plugins folder. Please use this entry to select the path to your SilverFast plugin.

Are you sure? I have the TWAIN version.

I already tried moving into every possible folder and nothing happens!

Uuups, SF_App.exe works with the PhotoShop plugin only. TWAIN is not supported. When you upgrade or purchase SilverFast, you are entitled to get both the Twain and PhotoShop plugin. Please use the PhotoShop plugin instead.
