Silverfast has reverted to demo

I got Silverfast AI6 with an Epson F3200 scanner I bought new in march 2006.
After a windows xp automated update 3 days ago, I wanted to scan a negative only to be greeted with the option to input serial number or select demo mode.

I have searched everywhere but I cant find this serial number. I have tried contacting support but the form needs the serial number and the emails to silverfast are being returned because I dont have a support number.

I cant remember if I registered or not, I think I may have because I was looking for a profile for Polaroid 55, but I cant remember for sure.

Can anyone from Silverfast or expert user help me please.

Dear Fintan,

you do not need a SerialNumber in orde to send the support request form.
Anyway please do so and tell us the E-Mail adress or Name you used durin registration.
