Photoshop starts after each scan

Everytime I scan using Silverfast application (opened with SFLauncher) in the "Normal (file)" mode, the image open in Photoshop after the end of each scan. All I want is to scan some images, save them to the disk without Photopshop to bother in any way. It used to work like this before the last upgrade (6.4.2r9), but now no more.
Any idea.

Dear scandella

SilverFast can be - and in your case is likely to be - configured in a way (under > Options > General) to open the user's image viewing programme after a scan is performed.

Dear Noack,
Well it was as simple as you said. I was wondering why I didn't see this option the many times I carefully locked over this panel before I made my post, and I want to share my answer with you : bad translation. In my french version, this option is translated by "Inquide l'image apr?s num?risation" which makes absolutely no sense. The closest thing we (french people) can understand is "Reveal the picture after scanning" (like the way the finder does with a alias), but not before knowing exactly what the translator meant by this. It should be labeled "Affiche l'image apr?s num?risation". However, the little "help ballon" [yellow caption], as we used to called them, is perfectly clear about the meaning of this option.
Thanks for your help.

Dear scandella

back from my holidays I was just reading your follow-up posting and I'd like you to thank you for it :)

I will ask development to exchange the given option description to something more meaningful.

Kind regards
