Hi,
I'm having problems with Silverfast 8 (I think...) in my PC. It's the secon time from last August that I have to format and reinstall O.S. .
In my PC I have installed Silverfast 8.8 SE PLus, for a Reflecta Proscan 7200, and Silverfast 8.8 AI Studio for Epson V850 Pro. I have also installed
some imaging softwares like Cyberlink PhotoDirector 6 and Paint Shop Pro Ultimate X8 (installed 32 & 64 bit versions for Paint Shop Pro). Well all runs fine till when I run Silverfast 8.8 and after used I close it and close the PC at the next restart of PC I get two errors (see the attachments) and the two imaging softwares are unusable : "Paint Shop Pro.exe-Impossibile trovare punto di ingresso_crtCreateSymbolicLinkW della procedura nella libreria di collegamento dinamico C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\MSVCP110.dll." for Paint Shop Pro(italian version) and the same message for Photo Director. The two softwares are unusable and othe minor issues I find using my computer. I'm using few times Silverfast recently... my system is:
W 10 pro 64 bit
Silverfast SE 8.8 for Proscan 7200
Silverfast AI Studio for Epson V850 Pro (using non together!!!)
Paint Shop Pro X8 Ultimate
Cyberlink Photo Director 6
All softwares are compatibles for W10 64 bit and this issue occours when I launch Silverfast. If I not launch it all runs very fine...with no issues... what it could be??

Dear customer,

The MSCVP110.dll is part of the Windows operating system's "Universal C _Run Time". It is not part of SilverFast but used by applications like Photoshop when opening plug-ins. there are often issues when the .dll is missing in older Windows operating systems, but it should be included in Windows 10.

The LogiLDA.dll is a Logitec component and used by their mouse and keyboard software. You should contact the Logitec support about that.

Kind regards,
Arne
