Unable to Update to 6.6.2r4a

I am running on Window 7 64bit with version 6.6.1r7. I have downloaded the update but during installation I get an error message "File "C:\Program Files (x86)\LaserSoft\SilverFast NikonM\unins000.dat" does not exist. Cannot uninstall.

Can anyone help?

Dear customer,

normally that error can just be ignored.
But make sure your scanner is not connected when you execute the update.
