Hi,

Please look at the screenshot attached showing the pre-scan histogram of a Kodachrome slide scanned at 4000 dpi with the software set for Kodachrome and the scanner profiled using tha SilverFast IT8 calibration taget slide. What does this mean and how do I correct the problem if one exists?

Dear Hassiman,

As you can see by yourself we did not get any image. Without an illustration is hard to tell.

Cheers

Dear hassiman,

Those lines appear in the histogram when using a fixed point for the densitometer. I guess you might have placed a fixed point which is showing you those lines, if you close the extra window (deleting the point) you will see how the lines disappear.
