Hello, what is the best setting (Nikon CoolScan 4000)to scan Polapan B/W Slides

difficult to say with no such slide at hand. However, SilverFast offers you a lot of manipulation tools. I suggest that you work your way to the optimum setting and once you have it, you save it.
