LaserSoft Imaging

I'm new with this LaserSoft 6.6 software. Unfortunately, so far I'm very disappointed with you software. I have tried to scan 6x6cm B&W images via on Leopard and on Tiger system software. Neither time did recognize the frame format. And in fact only scanned in one image even if I have choose batch scan. Image were scanned in partially frame were way off. So far this software is unusable. I would like to have some answers from you.

please be so kind and ask your exact question in our online support forum as these things work ( to my knowledge ) just fine for other customers.
So i would hope that this boils down to a usage problem, if taht is not the case then that way of directing your questions would also lead to our test team verifying your problems and to a bug fix.

Then answers should be swift & satisfying ;-)
