Hi group,

Today i ordered online a upgrade for nikon LS30, and a full version for powerlookII.
Unfortunatly there is no information about the concrete (actual) version number that will be delivered. Will i get the latest version 5.5.x for sure, or do i have to update afterwards?
I forgot to ask this in my order.

Second: Is the manual of the latest version included at least in the full version (i hope so)? I saw the manual as optional order, this can?t be real isn?t it?

Third: I allready have The Nikon version 4.1.r1 for my Photoshop 4 wich i use unfrequently for special compatibility reasons. Will the ordered new versions under PS 6.0.x conflict with the older SF installation, or in other words can i use them alternatly on the same disk without disadvantages?

regards
Wolfgang

Dear Wolfgang,

If you order or download somethink, you ?ll get the latest version of SilverFast. Its the same with SE - iSE or upgrads.

If you buy an version here in our store, you will get an actual manual.

Photoshop 6 is supportet since version 5.2

kind regards

Hi Arne, thank you for your quick reply!

Of course i ordered in the online shop. Still it wasn?t clear to me, if i get a CD as upgrade, or if i will be told to download the upgrade. I think i?ll get a new CD, because 5.x is a major upgrade from 4.x, am i right?
BTW. Is there a possibility to check online the delivery status of the order, or will i get a mail when the SW will be sent?
(sorry for my dumb questions, i?m a little sceptic in these online-order things, so much mails gone missing etc. )

regards
Wolfgang

Dear Wolfgang,
after ordering SilverFast online, you also receive a mail that your order will be processed as soon as possible.
Unfortunately we cannot make precise prediction on when the customer will receive the package, as this all depends on where the customer lives, how the package is sent and the shipping companies (such as German Parcel, German Post, etc.) we work with.
Hope this will help you further.
