Hi!
Just a simple Question: How to select the individual Frames on a Neg-STrip? When I insert the strip and click on the "Overview of all images"-Button, Silverfast gives me small thumbnails of my Images. When I want to scan/edit, say, Frame 2 and 4, everytime I go back and forth between those Images, SF always performs a new Prescan and forgets all my previous editing-settings! This is very annoying. How do I avoid that?
Regards

Hello,
I have the same question/issue. I am using a Nikon SA-20 film strip adapter on a Nikon Coolscan LS-5000.
There is no way to use the Overview to go from a frame to another without making a new prescan: if you prescan frame 2 and then you prescan frame 4, when you come back to frame 2, a new prescan is made, even if no change has been made.
Best,
Cam

I have the same issue with my Coolscan 9000. It seems to waste a tremendous amount of time prescanning every image I click on.
