Coolscan V and SilverFast 6.5.0r6 Under PS CS3 (Mac OS X)

Hi,

I have just updated to SilverFast version 6.5.0r6 and I noticed an odd problem. When I scan under Photoshop CS3, SilverFast seems to get hung during the initial process of starting the scan. It hangs from that point. I have to force quit the CS3Services app, and then Photoshop CS3.

The program works fine using the launcher, as well as under Photoshop CS2. Does anyone have any suggestions (other than rolling back to r5)? BTW, I was able to roll back to r5 with no problems.

The fix for the Photoshop CS3 problem is now available for download from our website. The SilverFast plugin vers. 6.5.0r6 itself has not being changed. Therefor the version number is still the same.

Hi,

Thanks for sending me a notification about the update. I checked last night and downloaded the update. I was able to scan in CS3, so I guess I got the correct version! :D
