Calibration on Nikon Super Coolscan 5000 ED?

How does one calibrate this scanner, since it only takes 35mm transparencies?

do you mean "profile" the scanner with an IT8 target ? The scanner self calibrates.

with a 35 mm slide target.

I did mean "profile" the scanner with an IT8 target- running the Ai Studio version.

Thank you for your response. I do not know where to find these-the US store does not have in stock. I will try the distributor her in Denmark.
