LaserSoft Imaging

Using a G5 with OSX Tiger and the Ratoc SCSI- Firewire adapter, Silverfast Ai 6.4.3 can not create an overview of all images on the negative strip with the SA20 filmstrip adapter. When I click OK after refresh images it will only prescan the first negative. Everything else seems to be ok.
Has anyone got a suggestion?

I could be wrong, but I think I recall seeing a posting in which someone was saying that you need to load the adapter before starting SilverFast.

Does it work with the software Nikon provided? If it does then I think you should submit a request to LaserSoft technical support.
