LaserSoft Imaging

When trying to do a prescan or some other software applications call it an index view of all pictures on one negative strip, the SilverFast software tends to initiate the command of the prescan but does not open that option. The rotational colorwheel continuously rotates without prompting the prescan selection? How can this be fixed?[/i][/b]

make sure your SilverFast version is up-to-date (ver. 6) and also check the firmware of the scanner - should be 1.31
