LaserSoft Imaging

Hi,

I've been using Silverfast v.6 for some months and no problems up until now. Everytime I try and prescan I get the message error in scan start cannot focus. I try and bypass the prescan and this still doesn't work. The scanner hasn't been knocked or anything. Any ideas why it should not be able to focus?

I like to help you, but I need more information. Please send me the Log File from your Import / Export folder. I have to know which : scanner - SilverFast version, computer system and connection ( scsi - USB - firewire ) you are using.
