LaserSoft Imaging

I use the Nikon Coolscan with the SA-30 film feeder for 35mm roll films (up to 36 pictures). I have Ai Studio.
I want to scan all pictures in a batch. I see the pictures in the Overview dialog, but the frames are not aligned. Manual alignment picture by picture (36x) with the left/right buttons takes a lot of time. Often the scanner ejects the film after a few minutes, so I have not the time to adjust the individual frames.
How can i automatically align the frames in the Overview dialog?
I have set "Perform Auto Frame Detection with Batch Scan" in the Auto tab of the preferences.
Automatic frame detection doesn't work. What do I wrong?
The same problem when I use the Batch scan button instead of the Overview dialog with the Job Manager.

Dear user,

SilverFast is using the scanner's own film strip recognition. It requires a little piece of unexposed film material at the beginning to detect the edge of the first image.
Unfortunately, we can not influence this. The film ejection also is an automated function which the scanner performs after a certain time has passed.
Currently, it is not possible to correct the offset for the entire film at once. But I have forwarded your request to our product management.
If possible try cutting the film into smaller parts. That makes it easier to handle the batch process.
