LaserSoft Imaging

My Nikon Coolscan has been my only scanner for the last year and has worked great with Silverfast 8.0. I recently received some large format negatives, so I purchased a Canoscan 9000F along with the Silverfast 8.0 software to use it. When I plugged my Nikon in today, Silverfast no longer sees it! The device settings say it is working perfectly. Do I need to reload the Nikon Silverfast software again? If I do that, does it remove the Canon software? Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

Dear Michael,

Please make sure that you have installed the latest updates for both your Nikon and Canon SilverFast versions.
If one of them is older it will cause such issues.
