LaserSoft Imaging

I downloaded the SilverFast Ai demo for the Agfa DuoScan T2500. When I try to scan I get a message that says:
Error in Scan Start
Cannot calibrate scanner

Any suggestions?

I HAVE A DUOSCAN T2500. THEY LEAVE TWO VERTICAL RAYS TO ME WHEN
SCANNING. ALSO IT HAPPENS To YOU?. WORK WITH MACOS 10.3
