LaserSoft Imaging

Hi,

I have several problems with Silverfast Ai (newest Verion) in combination with Reflecta DigitDia 3600:

During the first days i tried to scan, the batch-mode worked correctly. After a program crash it worked no longe more. I have already installed everthing once again. Any Idea ?

If I have a look to the scanned Jpeg's with Adobe Photoshop or with the windows picture viewer they look quit good, if i use e.g. XNIEW (Freeware) or Paint Shop Pro the Jpeg's are disastrous. I have tried to test all settings of color management, but without any change.

could you use our support contact formular please ?

please check the following settings anyway :

- set the documentfeeder
- switched to batchscan
- set the counter and holder buttons to the right values
