Support

Hello,
Is there anybody dealing with support queries at this moment ? I have problem with demo version on PF3600Pro and starting wondering if it is worth hassle with support being forwarded /dev/null. Heard some good opinions but it isn't worth much at this moment ( :-? ).

ps. Found something what looks like relevant entry in FAQ but it forwards to support anyway so I'm still stuck.

our support team is very busy at the moment because of the holidays.

I do not know under which configuration you work. However, I know that some problems with Pie scanners have been recently solved (version 6.1.0r2). Please check our history:

Thanks for reply. I'm using latest demo version from website - 6.0.2d42. Is 6.1.0r2 available as demo ? If not, when do you plan to publish it ?

Dear Jarek,

the 6.1.0d2 should be available in about a week. However, you can try version 6.1.0d1 (already available). The driver problem might have been solved in this version as a pre-release. Any feedback is appreciated.
