I have a number of questions, but for starters:

How can I get Silverfast AI (ver. 5) to work with Photoshop LE? Is it possible?

I am having problems selecting the settings under Options/CMS. How do you decide what to set for each:
Scanner --> Internal
Internal --> Monitor
Internal --> Output

Please help! Also if there is a place I could call that might be helpful.

Chris

Thanks Ian.

Does the AI plug-in have more features than the Twain? From my cursory analysis, it appears there are more features with the plug-in.

Only the ability to synchronise with Photoshop's colour management system. With Twain this isn't possible. The difference on a well calibrated system where both Photoshop and the monitor are set to use the same gamma and colour temperatue will be small.

Not as a Plug-in only as a Twain module. Twain is on your CD or can be downloaded from the download pages.

*****Correction - it can be used as a Plug-in but has no advantages over the Twain version.*****

If using Photoshop LE then choose:

Scanner --> Internal = Image Color Matching (ICM)

Internal --> Monitor = Image Color Matching (ICM)

Internal --> Output = RGB
